  • At Labelwears, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Return Eligibility Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Customized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error in the customization. How to Return Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@labelwears.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Prepare Your Package: Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, along with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Ship Your Return: Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location. Refunds Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item.
